Our Story

Furever-friends isn’t just a brand—it’s a celebration of the unbreakable bond between pets and their humans. We started because we wanted to create products that didn’t just entertain pets, but also helped strengthen the connection between them and their families. Think about it: how many times have you laughed at your dog chasing their plush rabbit around the house, or snapped a photo of your cat curled up with their toy bird? Those moments aren’t just cute—they’re the building blocks of a lifetime of memories.Our design philosophy is simple: keep it fun, keep it safe, keep it meaningful. We draw inspiration from nature and pet behavior—our “Forest Friends” collection features toys shaped like hedgehogs, owls, and foxes, while our “City Pals” line includes taxi-shaped squeakers and fire hydrant plushies (because even city pets love a little whimsy). All our materials are ethically sourced: our cotton comes from fair-trade farms, our stuffing is made from recycled plastic bottles (because we love the planet as much as we love pets), and our packaging is 100% compostable.We also believe in giving back. For every toy sold, we donate a meal to a shelter pet. We’ve partnered with rescue groups across Europe and North America to host “Play Days” where shelter pets get to test our latest toys and find forever homes. When you choose Furever-friends, you’re not just buying a toy—you’re helping a pet in need find love too. Whether your pet is a tiny Chihuahua or a giant Great Dane, a playful kitten or a wise old cat, we have a plush friend that’s perfect for them. 4. Where does our deliver?

U.S: We ship orders to all 50 U.S. states (and Washington D.C.) Monday – Friday, except public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

Worldwide: We ship orders to worldwide  Monday – Friday, except public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

5. How can i track my order?

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

 

6. What should I do if the delivery is delayed/What if my package is lost

Our parcels are delivered by logistics companies, which can track the logistics status in real time, but if the delay/loss is caused by irresistible reasons, we are also deeply sorry, we can do the following:

 

A, Maintain communication with the our service

The last thing we want to see is that your package has been delayed. Make sure we know the status of the package. We will keep in touch with you at any time and let you know the status of the package. And explain the situation to you.

 

B. Track your goods in real time

When you notice a delay at any time during the shipment process, you can take some form of action: send a replacement package in a faster way. Or,  if there is a delay and you are anxious to get the package, you can contact us, and we may re-issue the package using other shipping methods according to the situation.

 

7. About canceling your order

You can cancel your order, we accept order cancellations before product processing. If the order is canceled by that time, you will get a full refund. But If the product has already been shipped out, we will unfortunately be unable to cancel the order. Thank you for your understand!

Note: You will be notified by email once the order has been sent. So it is can not to cancel the order after the goods have been shipped. If you insist that you do not want your package, you can contact us to return it after you receive it. Thank you for your understand!

Return Policy

Return Policy

Items must be returned within 5 days from the date you receive your package to get a refund through your original payment. 
Purchases over 14 days will no longer be eligible for returns. 
You are responsible for the return shipping, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
All items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Securely package all returning merchandise. We will not be able to process refunds if items come back to us damaged. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon return shipping. Use a tracked service and keep a hold of your receipt, just incase there are any issues.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
